WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Inner Urban Group is based on the Mornington Peninsula, just outside of Melbourne.
We have been building, renovating and extending homes in this area since 2018.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BUILD A HOME ON THE MORNINGTON PENINSULA?
The cost of a new home depends on the size of home and the materials you use. There is no one-size-fits-all formula.
We are happy to share a detailed quote once we have met with you and heard more about your plans.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM COST FOR YOUR PROJECTS?
There is high demand for renovation, home extension and new build services on the Mornington Peninsula. The minimum cost depends on what you're looking to achieve.
DO YOU OFFER A DESIGN SERVICE?
At present we only provide the services required to build a home such as construction, electrical, plumbing etc. However, we are happy to recommend designers who specialise in home design on the Mornington Peninsula.
Once you have finalised your designs, bring them to us and we can share our feedback before working on a timeline to get started.
WHY DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
Signing a contract ensures we are all protected.
You get confirmation you are working with a licenced builder on the Mornington Peninsula and we have a written agreement about how the work will be carried out and paid for.
We are happy to go through the contract with you in detail so you feel comfortable.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RENOVATE MY HOME OR ADD AN EXTENSION?
The time frame depends but to share an example, a complete kitchen + bathroom renovation project usually takes 6-8 weeks while building a home from scratch can take 6-12 months
